All weekly Progressive Leasing leasing payments shown on this website are estimated weekly payments, prior to any applicable sales tax, based on a one year Progressive Leasing lease and comprised of periodic lease payments over 52 weeks. These payments are estimates only and not final, promised or guaranteed. The actual weekly payment will be determined upon creating a lease with Progressive Leasing. The Progressive Leasing leasing service is a lease-purchase agreement (or in specified states, a lease agreement with an option to purchase; a consumer rental-purchase agreement; a rent-to-own agreement; a lease-purchase agreement; a consumer-lease agreement). Progressive Lease service is not available in WI, MN, VT and NJ; the 90 Day payoff includes either a percentage mark up or a fixed amount over the invoice price depending on the lease; payoff after 90 Days is determined by state law; and last, not all applicants are guaranteed approval. Under your Progressive Leasing lease, you are agreeing to make an initial payment and periodic weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments to Progressive Leasing. The lease continues until purchase the products in the first 90 Days of the lease under the early purchase option, pay the buyout after the 90 Days but before the end of the lease, or make all required lease payments for a year. You may cancel your product order with Furniture7™ by prior written notice to Furniture7™ before the order is shipped. If Furniture7™ has acquired the products from the manufacturer and begun shipping the products to you, you may not change or cancel your order. Subject to limited exceptions, outlined in our Return Policy, you may return your leased products to Furniture7™ up to 15 days after delivery provided that the products are not damaged and are unopened in their original packing. Furniture7™ will arrange for the return but you are required pay for regular delivery, shipping and handling costs to return them to us. Shipping must be paid in full by you prior to our pick up of your returns.
Not all Progressive Leasing applicants are guaranteed approval, and your spending limit is the amount you are approved to lease by Progressive Leasing. Progressive Leasing offers no credit required and no credit needed options; and the goal of Progressive Leasing is to help most consumers that may have bad credit get goods they want with a no credit needed option.

Furniture7™ offers a Furniture7™ Installment Sale option where you make an initial down payment, and then make 26 bi-weekly payments for a period of 52 weeks. You can not cancel a Furniture7™ Installment Sale, and there are no exchanges, refunds or returns other than when you provide notice to Furniture7™ of damage from the manufacturer or shipping within 24 hours of the delivery of your furniture products. Your payment of the membership fee is non-refundable and non-returnable. Regular shipping of Furniture7™ furniture products is free. Shipping must be paid in full by you prior to Furniture7™ pick up of your returns, and return shipping is not included in any Furniture7™ membership. You select delivery, shipping and handling of the Furniture7™ furniture products to your designated delivery address. All furniture products sold under a Furniture7™ Installment Sale are subject only to a manufacturer’s warranty. Good credit is not necessary but not everyone with bad credit is approved; our goal is to help most consumers with bad credit get goods they want. To apply for and be approved for a spending limit, you must be at least 18 years old, have a current source of income, have an active bank account with a valid debit card and reside in the United States.
